Day 1 - January 06 (Tuesday) - North America
Everyone in Canada will meet at the Vancouver International Airpot and check-in with Japan Airlines. As for other USA departures, members will check-in with Japan Airlines at their designated airports.

Day 2 - January 07 (Wednesday) - Tokyo Arrival

Upon arrival at Narita Int'l Airport we will clear the necessary government formalities. Following we will be met by our local representative then transferred to your hotel by private motor coach with the escort. For the adventurers, we will walk around the very busy area of Ikebukuro as a familiarization of the Japanese scene. For flights originating from other cities than that of Vancouver, representatives will escort you to join up with the rest of the members of the tour at Narita Airport.

Day 3 - January 08 (Thursday) - Tokyo

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning free to sleep in and relax. Before noon we will make our way to Asakusa Kannon and the Nakamise Arcade. Here everyone will get an experience of the old traditions and history of Japan. Following will be a tour of The Sony Building in Ginza. Then last but not least will be the electronics discount center of Akihabara where you will definitely find all the latest gadgets not yet available in N. America. Evening will be spent further shopping or checking out Shinjuku or Shibuya areas where the crowds hang out for the evening.

Day 4 - January 09 (Friday) - Tokyo
Breakfast at the hotel. At 12:00N we will make our way to the grand opening events at the Tokyo Auto Salon. We've arranged special entrance to the show today usually reserved for the media and VIPs only. Afterwards we will make our way back to your hotel. The evening will be open for the group to enjoy the local nightlife, as we will check out some of the bars & clubs.

Day 5 - January 10 (Saturday) - Tokyo

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we will make our way to the Tokyo Auto Salon starting from 09:00AM - 18:00. Today is the last day for this year's however the group can decide to forgo the Tokyo Auto Salon this day and explore the city on our own or visit one of the manufacturers show room. Afterwards we will make our own way back to the hotel. In the evening we will all meet at the hotel prior to going out on the town and celebrating our last night in Japan.

Day 6 - January 11 (Sunday) - Tokyo Departure
Breakfast at the hotel. We will check out of the hotel by 11:00AM and everyone can catch up on their last minute shopping at the department stores nearby. The airport transfers will pick up everyone in the afternoon to catch our evening flight back to Vancouver and other North American cities.
